There is much hype about using K.P.I. (Key Performance Indicators) as a way to track the successful accomplishment of tasks and projects; but think about it - what is it that causes you frustration? Usually, it is not just about the performance which frustrates you but the accompanying behaviors and attitudes which churns you from within!
If someone under-performs, it can be fixed by re-skilling or re-tooling competencies but if the under-performance comes with a character deficiency, then the whole scenario has become more complicated.
